Air conditioner sales

We sell the units we install and service ourselves — so we can tell you how they hold up after five years.

The most expensive unit is not necessarily the right one for your space. Capacity is chosen from floor area, orientation and insulation: an undersized unit runs constantly and never reaches temperature, while an oversized one cycles on and off, uses more and creates a draught.

We stock Mitsubishi Electric and Vivax, from basic models to inverter units that still heat at low outdoor temperatures — the full catalogue, with prices, capacities and energy ratings, is on the site. We also source other manufacturers on request: if you already have a model in mind, or need the unit to match an existing installation, tell us and we will check availability and price.

How to choose a unit

Before buying it helps to know:

  • the floor area and ceiling height of the room to be cooled
  • whether the room faces the sun and how many windows it has
  • whether you will also use the unit for heating in winter
  • how much quiet matters, particularly in a bedroom
  • where the outdoor unit is allowed to stand

Unit and installation in one place

A unit bought from us is installed by us, so there is no passing of responsibility between shop and fitter if something does not work. The manufacturer's warranty holds with our certificate of professional installation.

Not sure which model to choose? Send us the dimensions of the space and tell us how you use it — we will suggest two or three units and explain the difference between them.
