Air conditioner installation

Installing an air conditioner is not a job that can be done to a template. Every space is different: the layout, the thickness and make-up of the walls, where the outdoor unit may stand and how the pipework can be routed. That is why a site visit and a conversation with you always come first.

We work in Zagreb and the surrounding area, in flats, houses and commercial premises. Since 2003 we have completed more than 3,800 installations, so most of what turns up on site is something we have solved before.

What the installation covers

A standard installation includes everything needed for the unit to run and to keep running:

• agreeing where the indoor and outdoor units go, after seeing the space
• core drilling and mounting the brackets
• copper pipework, condensate drain and electrical connection
• evacuating the system and leak testing the joints
• commissioning and a handover that explains how the unit works

What it costs

The price depends on the capacity of the unit and the length of the pipe run. A standard installation covers the usual length; each additional metre of copper, any later core drilling and crane hire are charged separately and are listed in the service price list in advance.
